The accessibility features were impressive, especially the wide corridors and the thoughtful layout of the rooms. My husband found it easy to maneuver his wheelchair. A lovely touch was the grab bars in the bathroom.

I loved the spacious King room with a comfortable couch! The breakfast had hot food and was pretty good 😊. But the towels were stained, which was a letdown.

The Queen room felt dated, with worn furniture and a lingering smell that wasn’t pleasant. Linens lacked the freshness I expected, and the shower head had visible residue, raising cleanliness concerns. I reported an issue with a refrigerator making loud noises, but the problem persisted. The absence of proper towel hooks left me improvising, which was a bit annoying. Breakfast options were minimal, lacking variety, and on one occasion, the juice machine was out of order.

My stay was decent with a really comfy bed and a hot shower, but the room smelled a bit funky, and the pool towels were unavailable. I would think twice about returning.

Although the newly remodeled appearance was expected, the realities of old carpets and musty odors fell far short. The front desk lacked adequate presence, requiring calls for assistance, which dampened the overall experience.

We loved staying here! The pool was fantastic and really relaxing after a long day exploring. Having breakfast was a delightful experience. the variety was impressive, and my kids enjoyed the warm waffles. Plus, our precious dog felt right at home!

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could have included more kid-friendly options. A few more choices would really enhance the experience for families with children.
